Lifting technology

For the repair or renewal of tracks, turnouts, and engineering structures such as bridges and platforms, we provide powerful railway cranes. With our five track and bridge construction cranes from Techne Kirow GmbH, we ensure effective load handling along the rail infrastructure in the shortest possible time.

Our Multi Tasker KRC 1200 railway crane offers maximum flexibility for your projects. With a lifting capacity of up to 150 tons, it is ideal for track, turnout, and bridge construction. Thanks to its approval-free mobility, fast setup times, and high operational flexibility, it ensures efficient project implementation.

The two Multi Tasker KRC 910 cranes are versatile railway cranes that can be used cost-effectively in track and turnout construction as well as in bridge and structural engineering. With a lifting capacity of up to 125 tons, they are perfect for turnout replacements and bridge works, such as auxiliary bridges with spans of up to 17 meters. These cranes also operate without special permits, allowing for rapid deployment in urgent situations.

Our fleet is further enhanced by two KRC 810 cranes for track and bridge construction. These are used for a variety of tasks, such as superstructure repair or structural engineering, including the installation of control rooms and special foundations for overhead line systems or prefabricated components during platform or culvert renewal.

Cleaning Technology

In 2010, we transformed our know-how into an innovative machine concept with the development and commissioning of the high-performance ballast cleaning machine RM 95-800 W.

This advanced system delivers significant quality improvements in mechanized, track-bound ballast cleaning. Equipped with an integrated impact mill and a washing module, it ensures optimal results while also promoting environmentally friendly and resource-efficient material use. This increased efficiency contributes significantly to reducing construction costs.

With this unique machine concept, the RM 95-800 W expands our service portfolio and sets new standards in mechanized track maintenance.
